- User experience director at Isotoma since May 2007. Clients include MindShare, The Key and Lucky Voice. Currently rolling out a pan-European healthcare professional platform for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.
- Before that, I worked at pres.co / Wheel / LBi for 7 years. I founded Wheel's information architecture department in 2002. Clients included First Choice, Unilever, BAE Systems, Eurostar, Tourism Ireland, the Blacks Leisure Group, Marks & Spencer and Henderson Global Investors.
